The Managers/Group Leaders meeting is not only an opportunity to meet the R & T Tours Representative, our Football agents for your tournament and key members of the Holiday Park staff, but more importantly it is the last chance we will have to bring you up to date on any aspect of your clubs tour, including possible last minute changes to the tournament schedule etc, prior to kick offs the next day. This could include major factors such as change of football venue as a result of poor weather. It is therefore important the team manager and/or group leader attend this meeting.

Presentation Details
The Presentation ceremony will be held on Sunday 29th May at an outdoor stage at Ormeston Venture Academy. From 1 pm onwards, just make your way over at the conclusion of your last match on Sunday, or the Final match if you are one of the 2 finalists.
