Information
The Managers/Group Leaders meeting is the last chance we will have to bring you up to date on any aspect of the tournament, including possible last minute changes to the tournament schedule etc, prior to kick offs the next day. This could include major factors such as change of football venue as a result of poor weather. It is therefore VITAL the team manager and/or group leader attend this meeting
Friday 28th May at 7:00 pm at:
The Beach House, Osmington Bay Centre.
- Please arrive at the football pitches no earlier than 30 minutes before your first kick off. This will give time for other teams to vacate the venue and allow for parking and social distancing around the site.
- Teams & spectators should social distance from other teams behind the respect barriers at all times in groups of no more than 30 at any one time.
- Please leave the football venue as soon as possible after your final game (or presentation).
- Goals and corner flags will be sanitised throughout the day by our team but please bring disinfectant spray to assist the referee in sanitising the footballs between games. The referee will provide the match ball.
- There is no need to check in each day to let us know you are here. Please make your way directly to your pitch when you arrive.
- There is a Best Sporting Team award which is marked by the referee on player, coach and spectator behaviour.
- In the event of a kit clash the "away" team should change but please use common sense and agree between yourselves.
- No paper copies of the fixtures will be available, please use the score centre for up to date fixtures, results and tables.

Presentation Details
The Presentation ceremony will be held on 30th May on an outdoor stage at the football grounds on conclusion of your last match on Sunday, or the Final match if you are one of the 2 finalists. A photo will be taken of the celebrity with every child and they will be available to buy at the grounds after the presentation finishes.
